About Triple Series Forged Link Chain
CTS® Drop Forged Link Chain
The 142183 is a triple-series drop-forged chain with 142 mm pitch, built for medium-duty en-masse and drag conveying. Its three-strand construction gives better stability than a standard chain, while the lighter 14.20 kg/m weight keeps conveyor loads down. With a 550 kN breaking load (CD grade), it suits continuous bulk handling where strength is needed, but the heaviest grades would be over-specified.
