Description

XTB20 Bushing - Compact Split Taper Bushing for Small Drives

The XTB20 is the step-up size in the XTB range, for drives that are a little too big for an XTB15. It delivers 200 in-lb wrench torque from a 3.75" outside diameter bushing that weighs just 1.5 lb - a common fit under small motor sheaves, pump pulleys, and fan drives.

Like the whole XTB series, it uses the 2" per foot (1:6) taper, so it clamps firmly in XTH20 weld-on hubs without oversized bolts. The hub letter and bolt circle match the XT system used on American-style sheaves, which makes it a straightforward replacement part for retrofit work.

  • FAQs

    XTB20 or XTB15 - which one do I need?
Match the number on your existing hub or bushing. XTB15 is the smaller size (95 in-lb); XTB20 is the next step (200 in-lb). If in doubt, measure the bushing outside diameter and check it against the dimension table, or send us a photo.
Where are XTB20 bushings commonly used?
Small motor sheaves, pump and fan drives, and light conveyor equipment running XTH20 weld-on hubs.
