XTB60 Bushing | Heavy Duty XT Bushing | Reliable Shaft Locking

For drives that put real load on the shaft - crushers, mixer paddles, conveyor headshafts, big fans - the XTB60 is the size most plants reach for. It is a large bushing: 11.94" outside diameter, 42.8 lb, tightened with 7/8-9 cap screws to 4,800 in-lb wrench torque.

The steep 2" per foot (1:6) taper is what lets a bushing this size hold heavy torque without an oversized hub. It seats in XTH60 weld-on hubs, which you weld to the shaft before mounting sprockets, pulleys, or sheaves - the standard arrangement on heavy agricultural and industrial equipment.
