CTS® #60SS-3 Stainless Steel Roller Chain
The ANSI #60SS-3 is a 3/4-inch pitch triplex (three-strand) roller chain in austenitic stainless steel. Three strands on shared pins at a 22.78 mm transverse pitch deliver a 65.1 kN minimum tensile strength — three times #60SS (21.7 kN) and 1.5 times #60SS-2 (43.4 kN) — in the standard #60 roller chain of 19.050 mm pitch, 11.91 mm roller, and 18.00 mm plate depth.

Material
304 stainless steel is standard and 316 stainless is available on request for chloride-rich, salt-spray, or aggressive chemical service.
Maintenance
Apply a food-grade lubricant on a normal schedule. Stainless steel will not rust out, but it can gall if run dry, and the higher load per pin makes lubrication more important on this size than on the lighter pitches.
