An 8V QD Sheave is a heavy-duty narrow V-belt sheave designed for use with 8V section belts commonly used in high-horsepower industrial transmission systems. Compared with smaller narrow belt profiles such as 3V and 5V, 8V sheaves are designed for significantly higher load capacity and demanding operating conditions.
The QD bushing system provides secure shaft mounting and easier installation compared with traditional fixed-bore pulleys. Due to their reliable performance and maintenance advantages, 8V QD sheaves are widely used in mining, aggregate, cement, steel, and heavy industrial machinery.
