The 30th edition of PTC ASIA, Asia's leading trade fair for power transmission and control, runs November 3–6, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. CTS will be exhibiting at Booth E3-D3, with chains, sprockets, and the parts that connect them on one stand — so buyers can specify a complete drive line instead of sourcing each component separately.

What will be on the stand

- Chains: ANSI, ISO, and DIN roller chains, double- and triple-strand, stainless and self-lubricating, plus conveyor, leaf, and engineering chains

- Sprockets: metric and ANSI, finished bore, taper bore, and made-to-drawing tooth profiles

- Drive components: gears and racks, V-belt pulleys, timing belt pulleys, couplings, and QD, Split Taper, and XTB bushings

Three process details you can inspect

- Pre-stretching: every chain is pre-stretched to 30–50% of its breaking load before shipment, so initial elongation is gone and re-tensioning stops after installation

- Heat treatment: atmosphere-controlled furnaces hold a controlled case depth — hard surface, tough core

- Shot peening: every component is shot peened to introduce residual compressive stress and delay fatigue cracking under shock loads
