SPB Taper Lock V-belt Pulley Overview
European standard Taper Bore SPB V-Belt Pulleys are type of power transmission component equipped with taper lock bushes commonly used in machinery equipment.The pulleys are made of cast iron and based on the DIN Standard.The pulleys are mounted to the shafts using taper lock bushes,thanks to which there is not only the fixing on the shaft with a keyway,but also the axial locking against displacement.
V-Belt Pulley for taper bush is a part of disc hub,and the general size is relatively large.The manufacturing process is generally based on casting and forging.Generally,the casting method is used for larger size design,and the material is generally cast iron(good catsing performance),and cast steel is rarely used(steel has poor casting performance);usually smaller sizes can be designed for forging.
